Contact The Right Individual To Increase Response Rates

Our last post

Whilst it is, of course, vital that you take this approach when starting any campaign, it's also important that you contact the right individuals in order to generate a strong response rate. You're never going to see much in the way of responses from sending unsolicited mail to generic company email addresses, however target the right person with the right message and that response rate will shoot right up.

Email Is Still A Very Effective Marketing Approach

What has to be remembered, however, is that in order to be successful, email marketing has to be targeted and, at that, targeted to the right person at the right time.

Outline Your Goals

Prior to sending out your marketing email, it’s important that you understand and outline your goals. What is the overall aim of the mail shot? Website traffic? Direct enquiries? Sign ups? Purchases?
